- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the growth of the company.
- Improve the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are set up for success.
- Develop training programs and career development plans to help employees grow in their roles and support the company's overall goals.
- Work with managers to improve performance management processes and ensure clear expectations are set for employees.
- Partner with recruiting team to ensure we are attracting and hiring top talent for our growing team.
- Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to identify areas for improvement and reduce turnover rates.
- Develop metrics and reports to track HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR systems and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using HRIS systems.
